Free shipping in the US

ESCUDO hats ship free to any address in the United States, no minimum. Shipping costs for any other item are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.
• You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

ESCUDO hats currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@cupresse.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it before the order ships.
