We want you out in the sun with gear you trust. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

All-Day Guarantee (30 days)

If within 30 days of delivery a seam comes loose, the chin strap breaks or your hat doesn't fit, email us and we'll send you a new one at no cost, shipping included.

Returns for a refund

• You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email hello@cupresse.com with your order number. We reply within 1-2 business days with instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
• Once we receive the return, we refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Want a different color? Email us and we'll walk you through it.
